Tetilla, made from cow's milk, semi soft, creamy, buttery & slightly salted Tronchon, sheep & goat's milk, semi soft that is mild, herby & full flavored - Manchego, sheep's milk, semi firm, parmesan like in texture & a bit sour - Idiazabal, cow & sheep's milk, semi-firm, sharp pungent & mildly smoky and Cabrales, goat's milk, powerful aroma, strong & intense.

Salad – Arugala and heirloom tomatoes, red onion, char-grilled caper berries served with a Spanish sherry vinaigrette All cheese trays include crackers. We reserve the right to make substitutions depending on stock availability.
