Ron Mansfield is the grower behind Goldbud Farms’ superior quality. He farms not only with his heart, but with his head. With a degree in Renewable Natural Resources from the University of California at Davis, he practices a farming style that is contemporary and sensitive to the environment while being respectful of historical farming goals. Mansfield believes fruit should be picked ripe and enjoyed as close to the moment of picking as possible. To maintain quality and craftsmanship, Mansfield and his family decided to avoid volume production. For Mansfield, there’s no better compliment than to say that his is the best fruit you’ve ever had. |
